1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be purchased directly from helirndg.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made shoes are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at support@helirndg.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Package the shoes securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or style:

  • Return the original item following the instructions above.

  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked as such)
