1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be purchased directly from helirndg.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Personalized or custom-made shoes are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service at support@helirndg.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
- Package the shoes securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Gift cards or promotional items
